End User License Agreement — QuickBooks Online Integration

1. Agreement
By using the QuickBooks Online integration operated by [Full Circle SFDC] ("Company"), you agree to the terms of this End User License Agreement ("Agreement").
2. License
The Company grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this integration solely for internal business purposes — specifically to synchronize invoice data from QuickBooks Online into the Company's Salesforce CRM system.
3. Restrictions
Authorized users may not:
Use the integration for any purpose other than internal business operations
Share access credentials with unauthorized individuals
Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the integration
4. Data
All data accessed through this integration is governed by the Company's Privacy Policy. The integration accesses only the QuickBooks Online data necessary to perform its function.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
This integration is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Company makes no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy of data synchronization, or fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this integration.
7. Changes to This Agreement
The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the integration constitutes acceptance of any changes.
